Some thoughts on running Crown of Salt for a short campaign. TLDR this is what I would call a flawed masterpiece of modern OSR adventure design.

Thanks for sharing your campaign of Crown of Salt.

I’m not really a fan of negadungeons, but at least it fits Mörk Borg’s tone. Sounds like there are a lot of flavorful ideas to be mined here (I got some just reading your post), and I appreciate the recommendation.
