I love it!
I was wondering what was the reason behind the damage to abilities for some of the sorceries. I would avoid the damage if those are like the knight feats (assuming you plan to play only-Sorcerers games).
Another thing that would be cool is to have sorcerers names instead of paths. It would be like Mythic Bastionland titles: the Flame Mage, the Mirror Mage, the River Mage,…

The hope was to include Sorcerers alongside knights, but you could absolutely do an all-sorcerers game.
Damage to virtues is to show a cost to casting, but I suppose straining already does that to an extent.
