heartily agree!
I don’t like using things so formal as FACTION TURNS, but I do love taking a moment between sessions, thinking of everything that happened, what would be knowable to the outside world… then going one by one thru the different factions and just writing down how they would react. then penciling in the changes into the material for the next session.
