Always love Religion For Breakfast. I got a minor in Theology back in college because religion was always a huge interest for me, and I do try my best to think critically when adding material in, but it can be very tough because of how detached most fantasy is from IRL religion. I find a lot of RFB’s topics on games and gaming to have decently workable advice when creating a setting or running a game, so kudos.

The comment section has some really great points. my favorite two were:
- a big difference with fantasy is that it has non-human caretakers, doing what a human family/town does in our world.
- Fiona’s shrine in Chrono Trigger actually did a great job
